Msolutions.AI is a commercial brand operated by Meksolutions, a SARL with a capital of MAD 10,000, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 597751.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Msolutions.AI collects, uses, stores, shares and protects the personal data of users of its services. It is established in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and overseen by the CNDP. By using our services, you accept the practices described below.

2. Information collected

We collect two types of data:

  • Personal data provided directly: last name, first name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, content of messages or forms.
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, connection date and time, browsing data via cookies or web beacons.
  • Exchanges with our chatbot: content of conversations held via the site's chat assistant.

3. Purposes of processing

The data is processed for the following reasons:

  • Respond to your requests or contact you back via our forms.
  • Provide our services: chatbots, voice agents, web design, lead generation, automation and custom development.
  • Send you relevant information about our services (with your consent).
